SF RST is a chromatographic immunoassay (CIA) for the semiquantitive detection of ferritin in human serum or plasma.It can be used as assitant diagnostic test for hypohemia.

1、The test results are semi-quantitative based on the comparison with color chart. The ranges are divided for: <10ng/ml; 10-20 ng/ml; 20-50 ng/ml; >50 ng/ml

2、If the concentration of ferritin is less than or equal to 20ng/ml, it indicates the testee is lack of iron; if it is more than 20ng/ml,this indicates the testee is not lack of iron.

3、If no band appears in the control region(C), or only one band appears in the in the test region (T),it indicates a possible error in performing the test. The test should be repeated using a new device.
